Anatole Poinsot est intervenu au colloque annuel national 2023 de la Société Française pour le Droit de l’Environnement (SFDE), qui portait sur le thème : “Transitions agricoles : quel rôle pour le droit ?”. Avec Eugénie Duval (Lecturer, University of Essex), Anatole a eu l’occasion de présenter les travaux de l’Institut sur les carences de la législation européenne sur la santé animale d’un point de vue de la protection animale.
On December 5th, Hugo Menotti (Legal Advocacy Manager) will speak at a conference at the University of Bologna, “Istanze Di Soggettività Fra Mondo Naturale e Mondo Artificiale” (Instances Of Subjectivity Between Natural And Artificial Worlds). His presentation will be about the legal status of animals in France.
