Alice Di Concetto (Executive Director and Chief Legal Adviser) authored a chapter on EU Animal Law in the newly-published book “Nordic Animal Law: Welfare and Rights” (Ethics Press, 2024). This book provides an overview of animal protection laws in the Nordic countries, and is now available for purchase (hardcopies and e-book).

Anatole Poinsot (juriste) a publié un article sur la caudectomie en droit de l’Union et français dans la Revue de droit rural. Cette étude revient sur trois décennies d’échec du droit de l’Union européenne dans l’interdiction de cette pratique qui concerne encore aujourd’hui la grande majorité des porcs élevés en France et en Europe.
